Having had my silhouette cut out from paper by an amazingly eccentric street artist on the Greek islands just a few months ago, I have a renewed obsession with all things silhouettes. Just love that a simple piece of paper can be turned into delicate artwork in a matter of seconds.

With the post-travel blues well and truly setting in (after 4 incredible months of adventures), it's great to have a beautiful (out of Sydney) wedding to look forward to in a fortnights time. Can't wait to celebrate!

Jewellery storage. Can be beautiful. Can be really messy.

Love these cute and classy ideas to use things you might already have (teacups, saucers, shadow boxes, candle holders...) to display your jewels (why keep them hidden in a cupboard?!) and brighten up your dressing table.

Laduree - Paris

I am obsessed with Ladurée . It is the love-child of everything wonderful about France. Completely over the top, DELICIOUS, French (obviously), exquisitely beautiful, artistic and chic (check out their website if you haven't already!!). So, thanks to some amazing girlfriends, N and I were able to enjoy an amazing afternoon at Laduree in Paris a few weeks ago. Needless to say I was in utter heaven, an incredible way to experience Paris itself and the huge box of macarons we took away with us kept us happy all week.

Tiny warning; Although we ate in the restaurant, there seems to be an almost 'Soup Nazi' way of ordering from the counter here in Paris... you have to speak French, know what you want before you order and don't take any photos inside (sue me!)
